Return Policy

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon their arrival. Note Any discrepancies or damages on the Carrier’s Freight Bill at the time of deliver. Discrepancies or damages which occurred in transit are the Carrier’s responsibility. Claims should be made at once directly to the carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for damages or losses occurring in transit. should be notified of any claims within 48 hours of the delivery date.

All returns must have an authorization number, which can be obtained by calling our office or in writing by authorized personnel prior to the return of shipment. When approval has been obtained, (except where the return is made due to our error), a service charge of 15% will be incurred. The Customer is required to prepay freight and all other charges covering return.

Returned merchandise should be clearly marked with the senders complete address be securely packed and sent prepaid to, where the products were originally shipped from.

Product Guarantee:

All products we distribute are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or material.
